By using Sulivex Security Guard, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. This page is general information, not legal advice.
1. Guidance only — no guarantee
All guides, check results, and Guard tips on this site are guidance only. They are not financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of safety. A check that finds "no scam sign" does not mean a link, call, or message is 100% safe. A new scam can be missed. Always verify with your bank, exchange, or company through its official app, website, or number before you act, pay, or share any code.
2. Not a bank, exchange, or emergency service
Sulivex Security Guard is not a bank, not an exchange, and not an emergency service. We cannot freeze an account, reverse a payment, block a scam website ourselves, or recover lost money. If money is already lost or pressure is live right now, call your bank at once — do not wait for an email reply from us.
3. Fair use of the checker
The basic checker is for personal, educational use only. Do not use it to test your own scam links repeatedly, to probe the checker for a detailed breakdown, or to abuse the service. A daily per-user limit may apply when a full checker goes live, and detailed check-by-check breakdowns will not be shown, to stop scammers from testing their own links. We may limit or block abusive use without notice.
4. Experience stories
Stories shared through the experience form are published only after review and only with your permission, anonymously if you choose that option. By submitting a story, you confirm it is your own experience, it contains no personal details (no phone number, account number, password, PIN, OTP, or links with personal details), and you allow us to publish it anonymously, edit it for clarity and safety, or decline to publish it. We do not pay for stories, and publication does not make the story verified fact — it is a reader's experience, shared to help others learn.
5. What you must not do
- Do not use this site for unlawful purposes, to impersonate Sulivex Security Guard, or to mislead others.
- Do not submit personal details, passwords, PINs, OTPs, or other people's private information in any form or email to us.
- Do not copy our guides word-for-word and present them as your own. You may link to our guides and quote short extracts with credit.
- Do not attempt to attack, overload, or bypass the site's protections.
6. Trademarks and affiliation
Bank, exchange, and company names on this site (including Binance, Bitget, and Microsoft) are used in text only, to explain scams. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them, and we do not use their logos without permission. If you are a company named on this site and believe a guide is wrong, contact us on the Contact page and we will review it.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sulivex Security Guard and its founder are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a guide or check result alone, from a scam that was not detected, or from a legitimate site that was flagged as suspicious. Your responsibility is to verify with your bank or company through official channels before acting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms, the guides, and the checker at any time. The "Last updated" date above will change when terms change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
